How to install Ranorex Agent ?

To install Ranorex Agent, user needs to follow below two steps,

First 'Install Ranorex Agent',

1. Download Installation package
2. Accept the term and condition and click on the 'install' button.
3. Let the Set up wizard to continue installation of ranorex agent
4. Click on the 'Finish' once the installation is completed.

Second 'Set up Ranorex Agent',

1. Once the click on the Ranorex Agent, 'First Run Wizard' window will be opened.
2. Enter display name which can be used in remote pad of Ranorex Studio
3. Click on the 'Next' button and let wizard to install 'Ranorex runtime'.
4. Click on the 'Next' once the installation of runtime is completed and press 'Next' again to open main window of Ranorex Agent'.

How to install Ranorex 30 days free trial version?

Ranorex provides 30 days trial version which can be downloaded from Ranorex official site.

To install freeware version, user needs to navigate ranorex site and follow below steps,

1. Navigate to Ranorex site and click on the 'Download Trial'.

   

2. Ranorex set up file of 139 MB will be downloaded as below,

3. Click on the downloaded file and start set up.

4. Click on the 'Next' and proceed further with installation.

5. Customize Ranorex as per application technology,

6. Click on the 'Next' and set up will be completed.

7. After installation, below tools and documentation gets added into 'All Programs'

Click on the Ranorex Studio and enjoy automation with Ranorex.
